SPEAKER

We are delighted that this year we will be joined by Amy Goldberg, who will deliver a talk titled:

BELIEVE THE DOTS WILL CONNECT: IT STARTS WITH YOU

Any sort of transition in your life can be quite daunting. The anticipation of the unknown can cause stress and anxiety. Whether you have newly graduated, are on maternity or paternity leave, looking for a new job, work/life commitments, or facing any other circumstances that result in change. Your expectations, understanding and coping mechanisms to best navigate these new situations can get overwhelming. Unfortunately, stress and anxiety does not just disappear. If these persist, it can take a toll on your health and well-being. Happily, however, it does not need to be this way. There are positive steps that you can take to reposition and shift your mindset where you create more positive choices for yourself.
